Your Role and Impact:
As our Senior Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of our talent strategy, identifying and placing skilled safety personnel to meet the needs of our clients. Your work will directly support critical industrial projects, drive operational excellence, and reinforce ResponsAble’s reputation as a trusted staffing partner.
What You’ll Do:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Strategically source and attract top-tier candidates for specialized safety roles, from temporary to direct placements.
- Conduct comprehensive screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Build relationships with industry professionals and expand candidate pools through networking, recruitment events, and partnerships.
- Ensure candidates possess the necessary credentials (e.g., OSHA, TWIC, DISA) for each assignment.
- Maintain a proactive talent pipeline to anticipate and meet client demands.
Collaboration & Candidate Management
- Partner closely with Project Managers to identify staffing needs and deliver qualified candidates.
- Present well-prepared resumes and documentation to clients with professionalism and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share insights, refine recruitment strategies, and support collective success.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain an up-to-date and organized Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate records.
- Generate detailed reports and candidate lists as needed to support team operations.
- Ensure all employee documents are complete and compliant with company standards.
- Prepare exhibits and required documentation for new job assignments.
Strategic Recruitment & Market Expertise
- Stay informed about market trends and leverage insights to optimize sourcing strategies.
- Analyze recruitment performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Innovate recruitment methods to attract high-caliber safety professionals.
What You Bring:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally within staffing or safety industries.
- A proven ability to successfully place candidates in specialized, high-demand roles.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Expertise in leveraging job boards, social media, and networking for recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with candidates and clients.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with industry certifications (e.g., OSHA, TWIC, DISA) is a plus.
